Senior Pastor Application
Park Victoria Baptist Church in Milpitas, CA is looking for a Senior Pastor who is authentic, God-centered and passionate for Jesus Christ. Our ideal candidate will have a vibrant relationship with Christ which manifests in a servant heart committed to sharing Christ with others, shepherding the congregation and being an example of servant leadership.
We would like our next Senior Pastor to work alongside our current Associate Pastors to create a vision for Park Victoria that fosters spiritual growth among the members and outreaches to the community. We are looking for engaging, Holy Spirit led preaching with a balance of expository and topical biblical teaching.
This position would include managing the Associate Pastors and office staff with a team building mentality that fosters unity as well as coordination of worship services and ministry goals. Healthy and honest relationships among the staff are top priorities. The Bible (1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9) and the Holy Spirit shall serve as a guide to his personal behavior. This position requires the candidate to agree with the entirety of the Baptist Faith and Message, 1963 Edition.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Preferred Qualifications:
BA or BS from an accredited college or university
Masters in Divinity or Theology from an accredited Seminary
2-3 years of Pastoral experience (Senior Pastor, Youth Pastor, etc.)
