Wayne joined our pastoral staff in July of 2026.  He has served churches in California since 1999 in multiple areas of ministry leadership.  Wayne is a graduate of California Baptist University and Gateway Seminary of the SBC.  He has been married to his wife Jill since 2004 and loves cheering on his favorite team, the Los Angeles Dodgers. His favorite bible verse is 1 Peter 5:10 - "And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you."

Ken Herrity serves as an associate pastor of Park Victoria Baptist Church (PVBC). Before this, Ken served as PVBC’s Interim Pastor in 1999 prior to being called as an associate pastor of PVBC in 2001. He has been married to his wife Sharon since 1993. He also works as a system architect for a small fiber optic transceiver manufacturer.

Pamela Roberts serves as the church Secretary for Park Victoria Baptist Church (PVBC). Pamela has been an employee of PVBC since 2011. Pamela also serves with her husband, David Roberts, in the worship arts ministry. She and David have been married since 2007, she loves serving God together with David along with their daughter, Eva. Psalm 139 is her life Bible chapter.

Sharon Meinecke serves as the church administrator. Sharon has been a member of Park Victoria Baptist Church since 1982 and has served in many capacities over the years. Sharon has been married to her husband, Steve, since 2002, and they have three teenage boys. One of Sharon's favorite verses is Galatians 6:9 “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up!”
